Mr. Urbanoski assists clients on a wide range of topics including guardianships and conservatorships, durable power of attorneys, health care proxies, Medicaid, Medicare issues, as well as probating estates. His clients include hospitals, nursing homes, individuals, and families and he concentrates his practice in Middlesex, Suffolk, and Norfolk County Probate Courts. Mr. Urbanoski has a depth of experience in the court room, and has successfully petitioned for appointments of guardians and conservators in cases of elder abuse and self-neglect due to mental illness. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Urbanoski worked in a high volume boutique firm specializing in guardianship and conservatorship matters for institutional clients. A member of the Massachusetts Bar, Mr. Urbanoski received his B.A. in business management with a minor in economics, cum laude, from Emmanuel College, Boston, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school Mr. Urbanoski was a student attorney in the Health Law Clinic, and a Summer Law fellow in both the Housing and Indian Law and Indigenous Peoples Clinics. Mr. Urbanoski is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Board of Directors for the Emmanuel College Alumni Association.
